Perception » Cognition » Action

I'm interested in understanding how each of the above three phenomena occur in relation to each other as any given person approaches complexity.

Consider these relationships in the context of learning about complexity using virtual environments:

  1. a person's perceptions in and of that virtual environment
  2. specific cognitive processes undertaken while learning about various aspects of the complexity of the environment
  3. various virtual actions and behaviors displayed while interacting with the complexity of the environment

A better understanding of these relationships would be invaluable when designing scalable dynamic assessment systems for individual learning about complex systems.
